Some of the food booths included luscious LauLau, fancy funnel-cakes, choke chili, some sandwiches and much more.

(Kauai)– The men and women of the PMRF, on Kauai opened their gates to the public on July 3rd and put on a great display for us mere mortals.
More than 6,000 people (that’s almost 10 percent of the whole island), made the long trek (somewhere between 5 and 30 miles, maybe more if you were coming from the north shore- but hey, living on a small island that becomes a really long way to drive) to the Westside to enjoy the festivities. The evening was filled with fun, food, music, and a fireworks show to end all shows. Hats off to the PMRF for an extraordinary event enjoyed by all who were in attendance.
Sandy Rudolph enjoys her chili and rice while visiting PMRF.
Some special entertainment for the keikis.
Kauai residents enjoy a fantastic sunset on the beach, listening to the live music, eating ono grinds, and just chillin' waiting for the fireworks to commence.
The awesome men and women of the PMRF direct traffic of more than 6,000 people in attendance.
Tom Kloss and family pack up to leave after the show. He and his family were well prepared for the dark walk back to their car. Check out the head gear!
Rocking out with Anuhea and other groups that performed.
