(LIHUE)–The Department of Water (DOW) offices will be closed on Wednesday, August 22, 2018in order to conduct a Departmental staff training.
In consideration of our valued customers, bill payments will continue to be accepted at the DOW’s payment drop box, located at 4398 Pua Loke Streetin Līhu’e and will be limited to check and money order payments only.
To report a water service issue on August 22ndfrom 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. customers may call 245-5444. To report a service issue after-hours, contact Police Dispatch at 241-1711.
All other DOW services will be unavailable during the scheduled closure.
The DOW apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks customers for their understanding and cooperation. The DOW will resume normal business hours and operations on Thursday, August 23, 2018.
