Located at the former ʻAiea Sugar Mill site, this senior affordable housing community will offer 140 rental units for kūpuna aged 62 and older, catering to households earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI).
The development emphasizes a holistic living experience, featuring amenities such as:
- A Kūpuna Wellness Center operated by Lanakila Pacific
- Multi-purpose room with a large covered outdoor lanai
- Community garden and walking paths
- Technology lounge and fitness room
- On-site laundry facilities and parking

The City and County of Honolulu supported the project with $6 million in Affordable Housing Fund financing and through a ground lease to EAH Housing. This initiative aligns with the Aiea Town Center Master Plan, aiming to revitalize the area and expand housing opportunities near services and transit.
