(Kauai)– The County of Kaua‘i presents “Keeping your Community Safe,” a series of island-wide meetings that aim to inform, educate, and provide safety resources to the public.
Meeting times will be from 6 to 8 p.m. and will be held at the following locations:
- Waimea Neighborhood Center, Tuesday, Feb. 6;
- Kōloa Neighborhood Center, Thursday, Feb. 15;
- Kapa‘a Middle School, Wednesday, Feb. 21;
- Līhu‘e Neighborhood Center, Monday, Feb. 26
The Kaua‘i Police Department will provide information on internet safety and the Neighborhood Watch Program.
The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney will share information on the Drug Nuisance Abatement Unit and how it works closely with KPD.
Life’s Choices Kaua‘i will provide the public with an update on the Adolescent Treatment and Healing Center and share information on coalition building.
