(Hawaii)–Drying out this week a bit as high pressure to the north of the islands remains the prominent weather feature. We’ll see breezy conditions calming down through Thursday, but then those wind directions shift around to the warm and muggy southeast. That makes for the possibility of some hazy conditions along with morning sunshine and afternoon clouds.
These light southeasterly winds and hazy conditions are expected for the latter part of the week, mainly Thursday through Saturday, but it should still remain relatively dry.
For the weekend we’ll see light winds on Saturday, lots of sunshine but hazy. Lighter trades should start moving in by Sunday, less hazy, mostly sunny skies and a few showers.
