(Kauai)– The Kaua’i Police Department is asking for the public’s help with finding a runaway.
Mikela Mahinai-Gonsalves was last seen on November 29, 2011 when she did not return home from school and has not made contact with her family since. She may be staying in the Kapa‘a area.
Mahinai-Gonsalves, age 16, is five foot four inches tall and weighs roughly 150 pounds. She has dark brown hair, brown eyes, tan complexion and a medium build. She is of Hawaiian descent.
Mahinai-Gonsalves has a nose ring, pierced ears and noticeable scar on her right middle or ring finger.
