By Staff Reports (Oahu)– HONOLULU– The City and County of Honolulu Department of Design and Construction will begin an upcoming road rehabilitation project on Kamehameha Highway from Ha‘ikū Rd to Likelike Highway/Kāne‘ohe Bay Drive.
