WHAT: Taking Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS)
TOPS promotes successful, affordable weight management with “a hand-on pounds-off approach to weight loss” that combines healthy eating, regular physical activity, wellness information, awards and recognition, and support from others at weekly meetings. WHAT: Bereavement Support Group
This group meeting is for anyone who has lost a loved one and would like a nurturing environment in which to share thoughts and feelings. It offers comfort, support, and practical activities for dealing with grief. It can also serve as a place for remembering lost loved ones and dealing with the emotional pain caused by their passing. WHAT: Hawaii COPD “Breathing Hui” Support Group
This group meeting is open to the public for persons who have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or Chronic Bronchitis, Emphysema and/or Asthma and their caregivers.
