(HONOLULU)— ProService Hawaii has named Courtney Graham as its director of HR services, a new position at Hawaii’s largest HR administration firm. She will lead ProService’s HR client relationship team in providing an enhanced suite of strategic HR services including succession planning, leadership development and management trainings as ProService expands its services beyond payroll, healthcare benefits and workers compensation management.
Graham was previously director of human resources at ReadyTalk, a technology company in Denver, Colorado. Her efforts in recruiting and developing ReadyTalk’s “Wow” culture were recognized in 2013 as ReadyTalk was selected as a “Top Company to Work For” in Colorado.
Graham has also served as an HR strategist and leader at Mid-continent for Education and Learning (McREL), San Antonio State Hospital, and Ann Taylor. She was the manager of branding and visual merchandising during retailer Cinnamon Girl’s start up in Hawaii.

Graham is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and in 2013 was awarded the Colorado SHRM Summit Award, a prestigious statewide award that recognized her outstanding contributions as a strategic human resource management leader. She is a certified trainer and facilitator in Fierce Conversations, a communication model for leaders—of projects, programs or people—whose central function is to ensure conversations that drive results, inspire innovation, and support necessary change; and a certified consultant in Leadership Architect, a framework that provides a wide range of products and services that are researched based, experience tested, and internationally recognized tools that can be customized to fit any organization’s resources.
Outside the office, Graham is an active member in the community. She was Mrs. Colorado 2012 and has been a keynote speaker for various charity events including many Susan G Komen Race for the Cure opening ceremonies. She holds a B.A. in Speech from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an MBA from University of Phoenix. She resides in Kaneohe.
