(LÎHU‘E) – The Kaua‘i Committee on the Status of Women (KCSW) will host an empowerment workshop, “Living Your Best Life,” on Thursday, Sept. 3 at 5 p.m. at the YWCA Women’s Center located at 4410 Hardy Street in Lihue.
Savita Kumar will be facilitating the hour-long workshop. Kumar is a certified empowerment coach and received her coaching certification from the S.W.A.T. Institute (Simply Woman Accredited Trainer). She is also a board certified holistic health practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Kumar is committed to helping women take charge of their lives and be able to share their unique strengths with their families and communities.
All members of the public are welcome to attend this free event.
The KCSW is part of the Hawai‘i State Commission on the Status of Women, which strives to advance the status of women and girls by acting as a catalyst for positive change through advocacy, education, collaboration and program development.
