(LĪHU‘E) – In observance of Thanksgiving Day, County of Kaua‘i offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 22, along with all refuse transfer stations, the Kekaha Landfill, and Puhi Metals Recycling Center.
In addition, the Kapa‘a swimming pool, all of the neighborhood centers, and the Sunshine Markets in Kīlauea and Hanapēpē will be closed on the holiday.
All of the HI-5 bottle redemption centers will also be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
The schedule for residential refuse pick-up will remain unchanged.
The Kaua‘i Bus will be operating on a modified schedule on Thanksgiving Day.
Normal business hours for county offices and services will resume on Friday, Nov. 23.
