(HONOLULU) – The City and County of Honolulu’s WorkHawaii Division is partnering with over 30 local businesses to offer employment opportunities to job seekers at an August 3, 2021 hiring event in the Pōmaika‘i Ballrooms at Dole Cannery, 735 Iwilei Road.
“As economic activities are starting to resume, there is an enormous need for people with the talent, skills and experiences to fill open positions, said Mayor Rick Blangiardi. “We are excited to partner with over 30 businesses to help Honolulu residents connect with job opportunities and support the economic recovery process.”

WorkHawaii is a one-stop center that provides free employment training services to job seekers and assists employers who are looking to hire or train employees. WorkHawaii is administered by the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Community Services.
