Hawaii Ahe
(Hawaii)–Absolutely beautiful weather is on tap for the islands this week. A high pressure system far north of the main Hawaiian Islands means relaxed trade winds for us. Daytime highs will be in the mid 80s, overnight lows in the low to mid 70s.
This high will weaken by Wednesday and the winds turn more southerly, that means more afternoon clouds. Rain activity will remain focused over windward and mauka areas, with some passing showers over leeward locations.
By Friday the area of high pressure strengthens once again bringing back a moderate trade wind regime for the end of the week.
