(Kauai)–– County officials announced that registration for the Winter Fun Program is scheduled on Thursday, Dec. 6 and Friday, Dec. 7. The program offers: arts and crafts; games; and outdoor activities. Registration will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kapa’a, Lîhu’e and Kalâheo neighborhood centers.
The cost of enrollment is $30 per child. Only checks or money orders made payable to the Director of Finance will be accepted. The program runs from Dec. 17 to Dec. 28, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and is open to youngsters, age’s five to 11. The Christmas holiday will be observed on Tuesday, Dec. 25.
