PEDESTRIAN AND DRIVER REMINDERS: During First Friday, the Downtown-Chinatown area has the good fortune of drawing hundreds of people to wander, shop, explore, dine and drink. Area merchants want to remind drivers and pedestrians to follow the rules to avoid getting a ticket for something avoidable like turning without stopping or jay walking!
