(Oahu)– One of the most common questions Downtown businesses are asked is, “Where can I park?” While the area boasts several municipal and private parking options, something that has been missing since Indigo closed for business is valet parking. Thanks to a collaborative effort among area business owners and property owners, diners, shoppers, entertainment seekers, theater goers, and others visiting the Downtown-Chinatown area once again have the option of valet parking.
Cost for parking is $8. Merchants have the option of validating parking. Customers should check with each merchant on their validation practice. Valet parking, managed by ProPark, will run Monday through Saturday as follows:
Monday-Tuesday 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Wednesday 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Thursday 5:30 p.m. to Midnight
Friday-Saturday 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Vehicles should be reclaimed within a half hour of service closure. (For example, service closes at 10:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. Cars must be picked up by 10:30 p.m.) The drop off area is on Bethel Street, in front of eleven44 (in the Marks Garage building).
Cars will be parked in the Marks Garage facility and pick up will be located on Chaplain Lane.
