Every Saturday Du Vin offers a changing selection of brunch items, such as Eggs Benedict,
Quiche, French Toast and Loco Moco – French style. Available with Du Vin’s regular lunch
menu all day Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Walk-ins welcome. Reservations for groups of
six or more suggested.
Saturdays | Late Night Entertainment
Looking for a late night alternative? Consider Brasserie Du Vin. Wind down with dessert, a
selection of cheese, cocktails or coffee and enjoy live music. Bring a date or a group of friends!

Avoid the hassle and crowd celebrating Father’s Day on Sunday with everyone else. Instead,
bring Dad to Du Vin the Friday or Saturday before! Reservations suggested. In addition to
favorites on the regular dinner menu like our succulent pork chop or grilled NY steak, Chef
Marco will be offering these ala carte specials:
Appetizer: Crispy pork belly, herb risotto cake, cilantro-jicama slaw and lilikoi gastrique

Entrée: Pan-seared sea scallops and lobster claw, grapefruit beurre blanc, Molokai sweet
potatoes and sautéed tatsoi ($28)

June 28 | The Brewer’s Table: Summer Celebration
Hawaii beer meister Andy Baker and his frequent partner in crime, Tim Quirante will be on
hand to share their knowledge and passion for beer from around the world. $50 per person
(plus tax and gratuity). Reception starts at 6:00 pm. Limited seating and reservations required

Social / Starter Beer: Samuel Adams Summer Ale.
1st Course: Atlantic lobster in a sweet corn crepe with roasted pepper relish topped with a
hollandaise. Paired with Unibroue La Fin Du Monde (Canada).
2nd Course: Crispy Kurobuta pork belly with a truffle balsamic glaze, apple and walnut
slaw. Paired with Weihenstephaner Original Premium (Germany).
3rd Course: Pan-roasted duck breast, roasted garlic demi, parsnip puree and sautéed
broccolini. Paired with Mad River Double Dread Imperial Red (California).
Dessert: Crisp Summer Berry Tart. Paired with Ballast Point Victory at Sea (California).
June 29 | Tour de France Special
The 100th Tour de France starts on June 29 and runs through July 21, covering 2,000 plus miles
of hilly and flat terrain through France. Du Vin celebrates with its annual Tour de France
special: Trois Fromage et Duex Vin (Three Cheeses and Two Wines). For just $20 enjoy a
Camembert, Comte and Roquefort (all from France, of course) with a glass of French red and
white wine.
