(Honolulu)– Punahou alumnus Barack Obama was reelected for a second term as the 45th President of the United States Tuesday night over republican candidate Mitt Romney. Obama who was born at Kapiʻolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii.
In the local United States Senate race, U.S. Representative Maize Hirono has been projected by CNN to beat former Governor Linda Lingle with a low percentage of polls reporting.
