(LĪHU‘E) – In observance of Memorial Day, County of Kaua‘i offices will be closed on Monday, May 31, along with the following sites.
The Kekaha Landfill, all refuse transfer stations, the Puhi Metals Recycling Center, the Reynolds Recycling HI5 Redemption Center in Līhu‘e, and all the neighborhood centers will be closed in observance of the holiday. The Kapa‘a and Waimea swimming pools will observe Memorial Day on Tuesday, June 1, and will be closed.
The schedule for residential refuse pick-up will remain unchanged.
The Kaua‘i Bus will be operating on its regular schedule on the holiday.
Regular business hours for county offices and services will resume on Tuesday, June 1.
