(Honolulu)– Hawai‘i P-20 Partnerships for Education presents the “GEAR UP For College Fair,” Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 11 and 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Pearlridge Center Uptown. Students and parents can take advantage of free college planning resources to help them navigate through the college application process.

Students and parents are invited to meet with college admission experts from the University of Hawai‘i campuses, Hawai‘i Pacific University, Chaminade and Brigham Young University to learn about their programs and the college application process. There will also be professional financial aid counselors onsite to provide advice on how to pay for a college education and help families complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) – a federal form that can help people qualify for federal financial aid and state and private scholarships.
