Come to a free open house event at Hawai‘i Community College on Tuesday, July 22 from 5 to 7 p.m. in Building 379, Room 1. Staff will be available to explain how you can join the “fast track” to earn college credits and certificates in:
- Sustainable Construction
- Sustainable Lot Design
- Virtual Office Assistant
- Business Essentials
- Retail Essentials
- Entrepreneurship
- Business Foundations.
Staff will help you complete a college application and guide you through the process to begin creating your future today.
There will be demonstrations of an online classroom and gadgets used for Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics, and Land Survey practices. Information on non-credit training in Process Technology and Industrial Maintenance and Boating Safety Certification will also be available. Hear about internship opportunities and how your work experience, military service, and professional training could count towards college credit.
