EXERCISE AND FITNESS
WHAT: Chairobics
If you’re looking for an exercise class but have difficulty walking, or are using an assistive device such as a cane, walker, or wheelchair, then join us for Chairobics. This class includes warm-ups, stretching, range-of-motion exercises and strength training with weights. Note: Written doctor’s authorization for this class is required. You must be capable of continuous exercise for 20–25 minutes. If you need physical assistance, please bring a caregiver to help you. Pre-registration is required, please call 432-2260.
