(Honolulu)– Mayor Peter Carlisle congratulated Deputy Director of Information Technology Forest Frizzell for being recognized by Pacific Business News as one of Hawaii’s best and brightest young business people under 40 years old.
“Mr. Frizzell came into this administration with exciting ideas for citizen engagement and improved services,” Carlisle said. “Working with the Department of Information Technology team and other agencies, he has championed innovative programs that help keep Honolulu residents informed, such as the new Honolulu 311 mobile phone application. I am proud he’s part of the City team.”
