(Maui) — The public is invited to the Nahiku Community Center groundbreaking ceremony, which will be held on Saturday, March 30 at 10:00 a.m. The new 2,689 square foot community center includes a social hall, covered entry lanai and full kitchen along with restrooms and storage.
The total contract of $641,206 was awarded to Maui Kupono Builders, LLC, which included a $250,000 grant from the State of Hawaii. The project is scheduled to begin construction in May.
