(Honolulu) – The City and County of Honolulu has published Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for property management of city-owned affordable housing projects to the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, Purchasing Division website.
Proposals to manage the 42-unit permanent affordable housing project for people experiencing homelessness located at 1506 Pi‘ikoi Street are due by March 16, 2017 at 2 p.m. To view this solicitation, please visit the Purchasing Division website at www.honolulu.gov/pur and click on the “Vendor Self Service” link.
Proposals to manage affordable housing projects at Chinatown Gateway Plaza, Marin Tower, Harbor Village, Chinatown Manor, Chinatown Manor Commercial and Kekaulike Courtyards, West Loch Elderly Housing, Winston Hale Apartments, Winston Hale Commercial, Kanoa Apartments, Foster Gardens Estates Commercial, and Mānoa Gardens Elderly Housing for a 36 month period are due by April 17, 2017 at 2 p.m. To view the RFPs, please visit www.honolulu.gov/pur and click on the “Goods, Services and Concessions” link.
