(KAHULUI)—University of Hawai’i Maui College lends it’s brainpower to TEDxMaui, as faculty members Emma White, Sara Tekula, Sarah Ruppenthal and Peter Liu join forces with the event organizing team to present the third annual TEDxMaui, returning to the Maui Arts & Cultural Center’s Castle Theater on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014. Numerous UH faculty are speaking at and putting on TEDxMaui, including Dr. Maya-Soetoro-Ng, Kerrie Urosevich, Sam Ohu Gon, Emma White, and Sara Tekula.
UH Maui College students and Maui public high school students will be eligible to receive TEDxMaui scholarships this year with the generous sponsorship of future-focused innovative companies such as Rising Sun Solar/Sunrun and the generous support of Old Lahaina Lu‘au.
