(Honolulu) – Kaiser Permanente Hawaii today announced that Howard Jung, MD, a urologist, has joined the over 500 physicians and providers of the Hawaii Permanente Medical Group (HPMG), the state’s largest multi-specialty medical group, providing comprehensive care to Kaiser Permanente’s 227,000-plus members.
Dr. Jung, who is practicing at the Moanalua Medical Center, earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his residency in urology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York followed by a fellowship in minimally invasive and robotic surgery at the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, which is accredited by the Endourological Society. He most recently worked as an associate urologist with the Southern California Permanente Medical Group. Dr. Jung is board certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the Endourological Society, and is a reviewer for the Journal of Endourology.
