(Honolulu)– Patients, visitors and staff at Kaiser Permanente’s Moanalua Medical Center were serenaded with the sounds of the holidays. The Melemai Kapu’uwaimai Strolling Carolers shared the gift of live music, a cappela, to brighten the season.
Nearly 20 singers visited pediatrics, The Family Birth Center and various locations throughout the hospital. The annual event is enjoyed by staff and patients alike. Some of the holiday favorites included, “Silent Night,” “Joy to the World” and “Away in a Manger.”
The Melemai Kapu’uwaimai singers can also be seen at a holiday concert Friday December 20 at 7 p.m. at our Savior Lutheran Church. Admission is $10.
