(Honolulu)—To celebrate 25 years of service in Mānoa Valley, Mālama Mānoa is holding “Ku‘u Mānoa,” a photo contest that asks: What does this valley mean to you? Everyone sees the valley through a different lens, and we want you to show us yours!
“Kuʻu Mānoa” is open to all professional and amateur photographers. Mānoa Valley residency is not required to participate. Deadline for entry is October 1. Grand Prize is $250, Grand Runner-Up wins $100, and additional category prizes will be recognized. Images will be judged on relevance to the valley and Mālama Mānoa’s mission, originality, technical excellence, composition, overall impact and artistic merit.
